Alot of times, the names trademark protected aren’t only for the products but also for the marketing of products. So the new names mentioned above may be descriptive marketing names. We know that the Sweater Weather is a candle as it released this past Fall, and the second sweater weather is for the wallflower bulbs and other items as such.

I am still seeing Winter Candy Apple and Vanilla Bean Noel no longer trademarked protected. What this means? WHo knows. I am just putting it out there as there could be a possibility that next holiday season those scents may–not be available or may come out with different names.

Peppermint Mocha and Frosted Gingerbread are also on the Dead list of the trademark page. As are Bonjour Paris, and Goldie. as far as 2012 names go. There are alot of 2011 names on the next few pages.

If there was a specific need for a smaller FFM then it’s an okay price. Perhaps you need it to travel. But dollar for dollar when not on sale, and depending on your needs, my preference is travel sizes. The scent lasts long on me, and I can buy 4 for two dollars less than the price of one FFM.
