Here is a re-post of yesterdays list of new-ness now with the photos included.  Most of this I already knew about and I was compiling my list to journal the new and upcoming.....but there were some new to me things I didn't know about, such as what kind of house there was going to be for Halloween.  Harry Slatkin made mention to it the other day and I was so curious I couldn't wait until someone said something.  

 

When these were sent to me it was a huge surprise, but it was stated that I could write out descriptions of the items to get other fragrance fans excited about what is coming out.  This morning I found another comment email telling me to post the photos if I wanted.

I somehow imagine my anonymous poster as riding a white horse and is wearing a mask as they scour the country looking for sneak peeks of new and fabulous.

Whoever you are.... thank you so much for sharing.  I do appreciate it. Now I am going to go make my list for this weeks Pumpkin Preview and hopefully find something new at a B&BW store this week!

I am here frying up peppers, mushrooms and onions to go with the sausage and pasta meal planned for dinner tonight and I checked out my phone to see what is new on the web.

When what to my wondering eyes should appear.... but a Large OWL luminary....on B&BW SISTA page 

Can I just say for the record...Yay. :)  I want to see this guy in person but he looks like a must add to my big pile of   "I don't really need it, but I like the way it looks, and I will use it once then put it up the attic" stuff.

I did see the smaller version in the store and that one was a bit, creepy in person.  I think it is the way the eyes were....it made it look devilish.  I didn't get that one yet.

I want to take a moment and say a huge THANK YOU to all of my fellow Bath and Body Works fans, sistas,  brothers...just all out lovers of this brand.....thank you for always sharing your finds from your corners of the world with all of us....including all of us bloggers who then share it even further.

I am amazed when I look at the locations of people who visit my pages.... from all over the world. It is humbling. So thank you. 

Todays most cutest is a new Fall Bath and Body Works oil burner in the shape of a pumpkin.  Its cost is $9.50 and for me a MUST BUY NOW.



I love the color and the details....and I am already thinking gifts...

It was also mentioned that candles are going to be 2 for $22.00 this Wednesday, July 24th.  It is still unknown if that will include the new Fall candles so check with your local store to see what will be coming out.

Shared a bit ago by Lissa Fong is another adorable pumpkin candle holder also priced at $9.50 and it almost looks the same to me as the one above.

Finally, the special code is posted making the VIP Fall Tote available for the special price of $20.00 with a $30.00 purchase.  Since none of the stores in my area are participating in the event, I just ordered mine online with pumpkin sleeves and room sprays and got the $6.99 flat rate shipping.  When I had candles in the shopping cart the shipping went to $13.00.

Yikes.

I stopped in my favorite mall today hoping to find something new in my favorite store.  Nada, of course.  But I did find a few trinkets on the 75% off rack that I couldn't pass up.

  

I really love those white pedestals as they are for year round use and blend perfectly with even holiday items.  I got all of this for a bit over ten dollars.  Each one of those white pedestals are $10.50.

 

Afterwards,

I went into Victorias Secret hoping to smell the new fragrance Victoria.  This store would not let me....(I should have yesterday when I had the chance) and they told me it comes out next Sunday.  I did ask both the sales associate and manager and both did smell it and told me it not only smelled sweet, but it smelled off....with the roses in it.  The SA went even further to say it felt like it was for "old people".  

I looked over my glasses at her and she followed up with, " you know like forty- and fifty-year-olds".... as her manager looked on and rolled her eyes.  I smiled and said Well then it will be perfect for me.  She said it reminded her of two scents combined that she didn't care for....Rapture and something else.... I forgot now.  She did mention she was a bit over 21 herself so I found it amusing how she thought 40ish was old....  I guess it's like 60-year-olds think everyone is young...and I thought it odd she was so critical of the scent especially since it's not yet released.  Shouldn't she be a bit more positive?  I will get mine this week in the mail so I will see if it is directed for a more mature....  ;)  cliental.

 

 

 

 

I did pick up a bunch of Pink panties for my niece as well as the flip flops they have for $10.00.  I even found my eye shadow palette that I was going to order last night online clearance priced at 75% off.    And I did get that promo lace panties for $5.00 each.... Normally 14.50 a pair... 3 pair limit per customer.  I have a sister with a birthday coming up. They are really pretty and soft and come in a bunch of colors and with the holidays coming up, what girl on your list wouldn't want a little pink striped box?  INCLUDING yourself!  For $15.00 you can get three for the price of one.

 

With every day that passes I see a few more new things coming online and I want to place an order yet I know as soon as I do, more that I want will show up. 

I hope the coupons I posted last night were helpful today to those who took advantage of them.  I thought about using them myself, but I want new pumpkin stuff....so I waited.  And again, the store had no idea of what I was talking about until I showed her.

 

I guess their don't ask don't tell policy even applies to telling the store managers.  Haha.  I am sorry, I find that whole ...stuff...pure crap.  And I will get into that in my next blog on the dot com page for my registered users. I didn't get a chance to post it last night.

 

I love to pick up these photo boxes at Michaels craft stores as well as ACMoore craft stores as they hold a lot of things....pretty.  These are from ACMoore and were regularly priced at $3.99 each but they did let me use a half off coupon on one.  Stacked on a closet shelf, all you see is pink , and organized.  I use these to hold TMC's, lipglosses, deodorants, mists, true blue spa, EVERYTHING!

Well, I best get my things put away for now and write out my thoughts about yesterday...  I hope you all found something to make  your day pretty too.

Today's vacation day trip was out to a mall well out of my area that had two Bath and Body Works stores in it.  I never got to go into the second store to see what it had....and it was an older non remodeled store.... but I did get to go into the upper-level store.  It was beautiful inside.... nothing like any I have seen in person just on everyone else's YouTube videos.  All of the stores I seem to find are of the old store front design.

I was greeted by a lovely SA whose only interest was to convince me that the Destination line of candles were the fall candles.  I am not sure why, because I told her I have those and have had them for some time and they are not pumpkin fall anything I wanted, but she insisted everything from Lakeside line to Destinations were.  Another worker went and brought me that tall leaf like (expensive) soap holder below and put a soap in it and said, "there you go...something fall."  I walked around and found barely anything new, so I got the soap bottle holders below and used a survey.

On the top shelf by the lip glosses were this cork round holders. {almost a 4.5" diameter} For what, I am not sure but there were a few with leaves, or acorns and this one with the owl.... added a few pocketbac holders to make it a ten-dollar sale and got the dark amber spray free.

They did have the VIP tote on the counter with all of the items for customer to see in person and it is nice. 

I am hoping tomorrows trip out after the dentist and dr. visit is more fruitful.
