Finally the special code is posted making the VIP Fall Tote available for the special price of $20.00 with a $30.00 purchase. Since none of the stores in my area are participating in the event, I just ordered mine online with pumpkin sleeves and room sprays and got the $6.99 flat rate shipping. When I had candles in the shopping cart the shipping went to $13.00.
Yikes.
